As an official training club for ‘HYROX’ , LeanerLife offers you a bespoke training environment to perfect and master the required HYROX principals. LeanerLife offers a variety of training plans that are carefully created and mastered to ensure you maximise your potential in up and coming Hyrox events. The LeanerLife ‘HYROX’ community and expert trainers will keep you accountable, motivated and consistent in your training!
What do our sessions involve?
HYROX STRENGTH
Hyrox Strength sessions are performed in our unrivalled LIFTING area where the focus is centered around the major compound movements to compliment the individual disciplines in HYROX.
HYROX SESSIONS
Hyrox sessions are conducted in our cardio conditioning area where we concentrate on your ‘ENGINE’. These classes will educate you how to improve your aerobic and anaerobic capacity to withstand the high demand Hyrox places on the body.

MEMBERSHIPS
Are you looking to level up your training without a long term commitment? Our 3 month Hyrox membership is perfect for you! Experience an upshift in your workout intensity, enjoy competitive and fun hyrox training, and be part of something special. You’ll get three different Hyrox sessions per week, unlimited gym access and unlimited Sweat class.
The price shown is per month for the minimum duration of the training plan.
Love our sessions and want a cheaper monthly rate to enjoy our intense Hyrox workouts, or simply have more time to prepare for an event? Our 6 month Hyrox membership is the perfect solution! Experience an upshift in your training, enjoy competitive and fun Hyrox workouts, and be part of our growing community. You’ll get 3 different Hyrox training sessions per week, unlimited gym access and unlimited Sweat classes.
The price shown is per month for the minimum duration of the training plan.
The ‘HYROX PREMIUM’ membership entitles you access to 3 HYROX STRENGTH and 3 HYROX sessions per week. Unlimited Lean 6 SWEAT (HIIT) sessions and gym access is also included offering you a wide range of equipment across two floors is also included!

The ‘HYROX SWEAT’ class pass entitles you to book on to either a single HYROX or LeanerLife SWEAT session
